If the Neopets team ever makes the Eyrie paintable with the Maraquan Paint Brush, this is what I think it ought to look like. After all, the gryphon-creature should look like a lionfish. It's only fitting.
This was done on the Neoartists oekaki. I used exclusively solids, and it took me well over 4 hours. You see the nice little gradients inside the stripes? Pixel by pixel. I worked hard, and I'm pleased with the result.
Eyries are copyright Neopets.com blah blah yadda yadda. This design is mine, though.

Hmm..you must have a lot of patience to finish that! I can only think of one thing to fix, if you were looking for constructive criticism, and that's that the digits look like they should be a little longer for an underwater habitat. Other than that little thing, wonderfuly done! :D

Just like I said on the oekaki. Awesome. *___*'

I thought the scales were in watercolors, untill you said in your comment that they were actually in solids. I could'nt have done this if I had as much patience as you. +fav x9999999999 etc.
